Panama - Backpack

I love having both options with the beautiful stylish shoulder strap or the backpack straps. The outer material is such good quality and so much room to put a lot in. I love all the external pockets as well. I added a tassel and an geode keychain just to extra!! :) I want this bag in all colors!

It’s way smaller than it looks online and it came almost 3 weeks after ordering. It also smells like manufacturing chemicals when you receive it.

I really love this bag! It is just the right size and has a ton of compartments! It looks much more expensive than it is! Also, good customer service. Will definitely order from them again!

I bought this bag for work, as I wanted to stop straining one side of my body. At first, I thought there was no way this bag would fit all my stuff in it, but I was wrong. In this pic I have a laptop, 32 oz Hydro Flask, a pair of flats, a stethoscope, a pocket guide to urology book, a model I use for work, my wristlet/wallet, and umbrella and then various other things in all the pockets! It's beautiful and seems to be good quality. Looking forward to taking it into work tomorrow.

Unfortunately, my photo does not do it justice. It’s a very beautiful soft pinkish. The lining is a shimmery purple/taupe that accents the bag so well. The straps, pockets, clasps....it’s so rad. I am so in love with it, I’m going to buy the black(or Grey?!?) with my tax return.

This backpack is cute, but the water bottle pockets on the side won’t fit most water bottles. A small Walmart off brand water bottle will fit, but a small Dasani water bottle won’t.

I've only had it a few days but love it so far. Space for laptop and a bit more. lots of pockets. Nice color!

I just got it and I am absolutely in LOVE! My coworker recommended it and I got one in a different color. It fits everything and it’s comfortable to carry. It looks small at first until you put things in it. It’s PERFECT!!

Just got my bag and love it. I prepared myself for it being stinky like some other reviewers have said, but there was no bad smell! My laptop fits, but my massive planner does not. This just gave me an excuse to buy a new planner. I think the only thing I would change is for the top zipper to open more making more space to fit larger items in.

The BEST bag/purse I’ve ever owned! It’s not too big but I can still fit all my stuff in it. There’s a pocket for everything! It’s so cute! Love love love!

I got this bag to take with me to Scotland. I used it everyday and it was amazing! I had just the right amount of space for my rain coat, journal, books, souvenirs, and water. The options for straps made it easy to carry whether I was walking down the street or paying for something in a crowded store. I've never had a bag I've loved this much. Also, I did originally have a small issue with my bag, but the Customer Service was incredible and they replaced it without hesitation.

Love this bag!! All of the pockets are amazing and the size is perfect. Only downside is the strap doesn’t look anything like it does in the pictures.. now on the hunt for a new long strap.

This bag fits my 13 and my 15 inch MacBook, cords lunch, water bottles, iPad, notebook etc all at once. I dress it down as a backpack, or use the strip to carry it like a purse. I can’t say enough good things about this bag. I’m in absolute love

I was so excited when my backpack got delivered today! So far it's a good size and fits my laptop. I love how I can use it for work or for daily use when running errands. Good quality. I also love the shoulder strap with 2 different patterns. FYI - when it first arrives, the smell is pretty strong but I'm sure it will be okay in a few days.

Couldn't be happier!! Perfect size for wallet, lunch and extras for the work week AND anything I need to fit in for the weekend! So cute and the coloured strap for that bit of flare.

I'm so excited about this bag! It fits everything I need and more. I'm a mum of 4 year old twins, so it'll be great to have a bag I can wear on my back so my hands are free to chase them. Lol. Great quality feel and look. Can't wait to show it off.

I couldn’t wait to get this backpack in the mail and it finally came! It is just as beautiful as i imagine & i’m so Glad i chose the color I did. I love the rainbow shoulder strap and all the pockets as well as the size of the bag. I am definitely tempted to buy one in another color!

I was really excited about getting this bag for my trip to France for the summer. Day 1 of use, the holding handle at the top of the bag is tearing out of the seem and the zippers get stuck often (cheap zippers). I am 3 weeks in and the handle is even worse and the “vegan leather” is falling apart/ripping away from the seem. I will be contacting customer support. Disappointing

No regrets - I overall love it! The style jumped out at me immediately on Instagram and the pictures are pretty accurate. The bag is super functional, the pockets on friend are convenient, and it's a great size. A few key things that make me knock it down a star are: 1) The zippers don't glide smoothly at all. I'm constantly worried I'm going to break them because you have to tug them and they hitch a lot. It takes away from the experience of using the bag. 2) The top opening could use design improvement. I could see from the pictures that the opening was going to be slightly smaller than it should be, which impedes some of the functionality. I wasn't too disappointed since I went in recognizing this, but if they extended the zipper width users would be able to REALLY utilize all of the great space they allowed for inside. 3) The adorable printed strap with would look better with the colorful tribal design on both sides. The strap has a tendency to flop over, so it's 50/50 that you'll get the vibe you're going for when it's in use. I didn't notice that the second side of the strap featured brown & red stripes in the images so that was a little disappointing, but in the end it would by no means prevent me from buying the bag.

Beautiful design, good customer service, but quality is just okay. I've had the bag for a month now. The shoulder strap broke within a week. A customer service representative sent me a new one but I'm worried about putting any weight on it. The top loop already shows significant signs of wear - the vegan leather is has peeled away. The bag is fine for looks but not to carry much more than a wallet and a phone since the materials do not hold up against weight. I was only carrying a notebook, a novel, my wallet and phone in the bag.

I purchased this bag for work to save me carrying so many bags. It's perfect. I can fit in my laptop and charger, all my paperwork, my wallet, lippy and personal 'stuff'!

I received my black bag today and the smell is so chemical and overpowering I'm not sure how I'll carry this. I hope it goes away soon but in my office today people kept asking what the smell was. It's a bit of a letdown. Looks wise it's nice! Just that smell.

I must of misread but I thought all the straps were detachable so one could pick and choose the style the want to wear. Also, the color strap looks beautiful but far too short for a crossbody bag.

I originally bought this backpack for the sole purpose of traveling. However, after receiving it and seeing/feeling the quality of it, I've decided to use this my work bag as well!

What can I say!! This bag is absolutely amazing! It's very stylish and spacious inside. The straps are sturdy. Definitely using this as an everyday bag for work. I like the additional strap which makes the backpack into a handbag.

Great, arrived on time, looks exactly like the picture, great capacity. Top zipper is a bit small for folders but okay for anything A4-sized and smaller. I recommend

Took one star off for the design of the zip. I think if the design was to zip it all the way to the bottom of the backpack so it opens up a bit more, it would have been easier to put in a laptop or a larger notebook. That's the only downside for me.

Except one little failure... there's a light gray line (pencil) on the purse (probably for the sewing purpose)... not a big deal tho
