Processing time

Order processing times are between 1-5 business days after the day you placed your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but if our partners are exceptionally backed up, processing times may go up to 5 business days following the day you placed your order.

Delivery

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.

The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensure timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Delivery Claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Ron Pon Pon does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Unexpected delays

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

If you do not receive your package based on the beyond estimates we inviting you to submit a ticket to our Support Team. A full refund will be granted if a package will not arrive within 45 days from the time of the order.

How do I return?

Please contact us at support@ronponpon.com to receive all the instructions to return your items. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. We recommend using UPS, FedEx or USPS regular ground service and obtaining a tracking number. You will not be reimbursed for your shipping cost and Ron Pon Pon is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If you received a defective product, please attach some pictures on the email.

Please go to our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address in the fields. Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return. After completing the process, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Free returns*

Ron Pon Pon does not provide pre-paid return labels but we undertake to take charge of the costs of returning your package. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your items, but these ones will be refunded in store credit *(max. $40) once your return is processed. Please keep the shipping receipt from the carrier of your choice, and send it to us at support@ronponpon.com if the amount paid is not displayed on the shipping label.

Processing time

Returns do take us 8-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Please keep the return tracking number for your records. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping. (Full refund if you got free shipping)

Returns by Mail

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

Defective, Incorrect or Missing items

We know how frustrating this can be. Rest assured, we want to make every order perfect for our customers!

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email support@ronponpon.com within 2 business days of delivery. Depending on the circumstance, we may be able to extend this timeframe up to 5 business days; please report your item as soon as possible for assessment.

Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible!

Exchanges

Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to our facility, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) in accordance with our Policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued.
