Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. We recommend using UPS, FedEx or USPS regular ground service and obtaining a tracking number. You will not be reimbursed for your shipping cost and Ron Pon Pon is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If you received a defective product, please attach some pictures on the request.
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
- Ron Pon Pon does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
- Shipping costs of return are refunded in store credit (max. $40).
- Return packages must include the printed return request and original packing slip to ensure processing.
- Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping. (Full refund if you got free shipping)
Returns do take us 8-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
Please keep the return tracking number for your records. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping. (Full refund if you got free shipping)
Returns by Mail
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
Ron Pon Pon does not provide pre-paid return labels but we undertake to take charge of the costs of returning your package. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your items, but these ones will be refunded in store credit (max. $40) once your return is processed. Please keep the shipping receipt from the carrier of your choice, and send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if the amount paid is not displayed on the shipping label.
We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Ron Pon Pon will not issue refund for your returns.
Defective, Incorrect or Missing items
We know how frustrating this can be. Rest assured, we want to make every order perfect for our customers!
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email email@example.com within 2 business days of delivery. Depending on the circumstance, we may be able to extend this timeframe up to 5 business days; please report your item as soon as possible for assessment.
Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible!
Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to our facility, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) in accordance with our Returns Policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued.
